Razaq Abolaji Olaitan, is a lecturer at the Department of Geography and Environmental Management, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ilorin with decade of university teaching, research, and administrative experience. He has served as level adviser and his areas of research interest cover applied climatology, wastes management and environmental (soil, water, and air quality), ecology and conservation, biogeochemical cycle and its effects on climate change.

He has to his credit number of publications in reputable outlets covering journals, and edited conference proceedings. He has successfully supervised over 8 undergraduate projects.
