Laro Kazeem is a faculty member in the Department of Geography and Environmental Management within the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Ilorin. He obtained his undergraduate, Master of Science, and PhD degrees in Geography from the same department. His research interests include health geography, environmental pollution management, and disaster risk management. Currently, he serves as the desk officer for Birmingham City University, UK. He has also held positions such as programme coordinator for the Master’s in Geographic Information Systems (MGIS), as well as fieldwork coordinator for both local and remote learning modalities within the department. Presently, he acts as the faculty students’ staff adviser and as the faculty representative on the University of Ilorin’s quiz, debate, and innovation committee. His scholarly output comprises publications in reputable journals, book chapters, and edited conference proceedings.
