Geography & Environmental Management
ADELEKE, Elisha Ademola (Ph.D) is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Geography & Environmental Management, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ilorin. His research interest include Climatology (Synoptic & Applied), Climate Change and Disaster Management. He is a Member of Nigerian Geographical Association (ANG) and Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet). He has over forty published Articles in his field of interest in both local and international outlet. He has successfully supervised students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has served as assistant Editor of Departmental Journal. He also served as Students Level adviser, Departmental coordinator of students Industrial Work Experience Schemes (SIWES) and coordinator of both local and long distance fieldwork. He was a member of University Examination Monitoring Team. He is a member of University of Ilorin Press Management board, where he serves in many capacities. He was acting Sub-Dean to the Faculty and presently he is the Sub-Dean of the Faculty.
