TUNDE, Afolabi Monisola is a Reader in the Department of Geography and Environmental Management, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ilorin, Nigeria with 22 years teaching, research and administrative experience. She has served as Deputy Director, Centre of Research Development and In-house Training (CREDIT), Head of Department, Department of Geography and Environmental Management and currently Deputy Director (Training) University of Ilorin Consultancy Services Centre. Research interest include Agricultural/ Rural Geography, Urban and Regional Planning, Tourism and Gender Studies.

She has to her credit over fifty publications in reputable outlets covering journals, edited conference proceedings and chapters in books. She has successfully supervised over 15 Master dissertations and five Ph.D. theses. She has equally won a number of research and travel grants. Dr. Tunde is a member of many professional bodies.
